  Went to pick up my script today. have new health insurance....in which my husband and I have NEVER had. Gave this tall lady whom I have never seen there before and we have been going there for 5 years now....gave her both my cards...telling her they are new. Asked me why there are two and what one is primary. I told her which one I THOUGHT was, and she said, "well its your insurance you should know"......now Ive working in the medical field for 17 years...I have NEVER told a patient/customer that. What she SHOULD have done if she was so nice....was try to look it up for us, as we just got the cards...never picked up a script with these cards. UGH!!!! Anyway, she took the card I told her and went to the back. Told some other man there with her that I had two insurance cards...one of which was mass health. She came back to tell me that the one I was TOLD by the insurance co would be first, IS indeed the primary card.. So I said to her,, so I was right! She says no...you said you had both. UGH AGAIN!!!! ANYWAY,,,,the reason I type this is to prove that people who do indeed have any kind of state help,,,,,,never mind that we are in our 60s and NEVER had state help....are treated different. Im ashamed and embarrassed to say....I certainly don't want to get sick, and have to show these cards to another person. Just because we live here on cape cod,,does not mean Im a nasty tourist,,as so many say!!! Next time, maybe she can be a bit nicer....hope she has a nice day, after she made me feel terrible.

  Always on top of my scrips/very professional&investigates for the cheapest price drug!! A year later from above-thank God for this pharmacy,they bend over backwards to help me!!!!

  Here on vacation and my husband got sick. The clinic sent over a script. While he was waiting for it to get filled he could hear the staff making fun of customers, making fun of the scripts and being very unprofessional in they way they talked about their customers. He said they were upset that so many customers were coming in that day!! if I lived here we would never use this pharmacy again!
